ART MAXWELL On April 1, 2000, Art passed away after a brief illness, in Winnipeg at the Victoria General Hospital, at the age of 95 years. Art is lovingly remembered by his son Ken Maxwell (Linda) daughter Dianne Sutherland (Blake) grandsons, Adam and Eric Maxwell; granddaughters, Marita Maxwell, Kristine Pedron (Louise), Shirley Olsen (Rodney) and Gail Stehmann (Robert) and by his great-grandchildren, A.J., Kyla, Rachel, Bonnie, Hans and Alex. Art is also survived by his brother Edward and sister Esther Colpitts. He was predeceased by his infant daughter Frances Mary and by his wives, Ellen in 1962 and Anna in 1993. Cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of Arts life at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Interment of Arts ashes will be in Thunder Bay at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
