CLIFFORD JOHN WALSH Passed away peacefully at the Carberry Memorial Hospital on Saturday, April 1, 2000, at the age of 87 years. Clifford was born December 9, 1912, in the Preston District. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Hope; his seven children, Jessie (Jim) Short, Ray (Hertha), Lynda (George) McGinnis, Pat Downs, Laurie (Gayleen), Sherrell (Ron) Peleshok and Darrell (Monica) brother Art and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved his family and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, at the United Church, Gladstone, Man., with Rev. Blair Whyte officiating. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Carberry Plains Health Care Facility, Box 2000, Carberry, Man., R0K 0H0. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone, in care of arrangements.
