JOHN PINK The death of John Pink occurred at the Assiniboine Centre, Brandon, on Saturday, April 1, 2000. John was a longtime member of the Manitoba Telephone System Pioneer Association and a longtime employee of M.T.S. He was an avid supporter and fan of university hockey and he dedicated many hours to all aspects of hockey including coaching and time keeping. John also loved baseball and several other sports. He is survived by three sons, Jeff, Patrick and Robert, and good friend Barry Austin. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Johns wish, no service will be held. If friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of John, to the Brandon Humane Society, 200-17th St., E., Brandon, MB R7A 6Z2. Arrangements are in care of Brockie Donovan, Brandon, 1-800-897-5694. "John fought the good fight.
