ELLEN GARSKI (nee BURGESS) On Tuesday, April 4, 2000 after a brief illness and with her family by her side, Ellen found the peace her faith promised her and joined her family and friends who have gone before her. Ellen is survived by her loving husband Julian; children, Cathy, Christopher, and Kevin (Pamela Diaczun) sisters, Jean Mary (John Sinclair), and Barbara (Harold Thuringer) and many nieces, nephews, and friends whose lives were enriched by her love. In accordance with Ellens wishes, cremation has taken place. Following a private family interment at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, a celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street. The family wishes to thank the staff of 6A at St. Boniface General Hospital for their care and kindness.
