JULIA CHUDZIJ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Baba, Great Babcha, Julia Chudzij at the age of 94 on Wednesday, April 5, 2000. Julia was predeceased by her husband Alex on June 27, 1972; her beloved granddaughter Susan on August 16, 1974; her son-in-law Nick on March 15, 1997 and her son Jerry on September 15, 1999. Julia was born in Lubacz-Olesez, Poland and came to Canada in 1927. She was a pioneer member of Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral. Her heritage was very important and her fondest memories were of traditional family holidays. Julias legacy will be her integrity. Julia will be missed by her daughter Mary Letwin; daughter-in-law Ollie Chudzy; grandchildren, Don (Peggy), Chris (Marilyn), Teresa, Mark (April) great-grandchildren, Kelly, Christopher, Maggie, Holly, Jacob and Joshua. Special thanks to the staff of Holy Family Nursing Home, St. Pauls Ward. The family has chosen a private service to honour Mom.
