LARRY STEVEN HARVEY Sadly, on March 31, 2000, Larry Steven Harvey, at age 49, passed away. Larry, though never a husband or father, was a wonderful uncle, brother and son. He leaves behind to mourn, his mother, Pat (Doreen Margaret) sisters, Dale (Don and children, Cathy, Tracy and Patrick), Tracy (Ron and children, Courtney and Kevin of Saudi Arabia) and brothers, Art (Kim and baby Arthur) and Bill (Shelley and children Brett and Randi). He will also be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He was predeceased by his father Arthur Edward on December 1, 1978. Larry was born April 11, 1950, in Winnipeg. He enjoyed card games, word games, golfing and spending summers at the cabin at Grand Beach. He truly enjoyed time spent as a National Darts Federation of Canada member. An associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion, he cheerfully organized and played with the Thursday night dart league at the Sir Sam Steele Legion. He cherished the many friends and acquaintances he made at the various tournaments he attended over the past few years. His family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. O. Domke and staff of Unit 3 at the Victoria General Hospital. We send an extra special thank you to Larrys fellow darter John Friesen for his care, comfort and concern. Cremation took place on April 3, 2000 and at Larrys request there will be no service. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made towards Lung Cancer Research, c/o Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2B7.
