GLENYS KATHLYN MITCHELL (nee SPROWL) Suddenly on April 4, 2000 at her residence, Glenys Mitchell, aged 48 years, of Selkirk, MB. Glenys was born in Selkirk on September 4, 1951, attended school in Selkirk and graduated from the Selkirk Collegiate Institute in 1969. She had been employed with M.T.S. for 20 years. She enjoyed music, watching Star Trek, cats and spending time with children. She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Kathlyn Sprowl and brother Martin Sprowl and leaves surviving her husband Terry; a brother Phillip Doherty; sisters-in-law, Sandy Vnuk, Sharon Wozny, Yvonne Eastman, Yvette Mitchell and Colleen Thomas; brothers-in-law, Andy Wozny, Ron Eastman and Larry Palmer; nieces, Crystal Meger and Andrea Wozny; nephews, Trevor Wozny, Dallas Mitchell, Deverand and Sean Palmer, and Cameron and Graham Eastman; godsons, Dallas Mitchell, Neil Flett and Christopher, Chad and Chase Baczewich; great-nieces, Sabrina Meger and Skylor Undiks, and other relatives in Ontario and England. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, April 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the M.S. Society, 141 Bannatyne Avenue, Winnipeg. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
