JOAN MARGARET MOORE (nee STORSETH) Joan, the cherished wife of Arthur A. Moore, died peacefully, March 21, 2000, at U.S.C. University Hospital, surrounded by her immediate family. During her long, brave battle with cancer she shared many moments of love and continued good humour. Joan was born September 10, 1937, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the youngest of four children born to Edwin and Margaret Storseth. In 1964, they immigrated to California with their two young daughters, Kimberley and Kelley. She is survived by her husband, Arthur of 42 years; her two daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberley and Greg Meek of Laverne and Kelley and Lenny Davis of Claremont and five grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Myrtle and Sid Folster of Winnipeg; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Helgi and Verna Storseth of Winnipeg, Chester and Beverley Storseth of Toronto and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada. A Memorial service was held at Forest Lawn, Covina, at the Church of Our Heritage on March 25, 2000.
