KATHARINA YOUNG (UNGER) We, Bob, Sharon, Judy and Gary announce the passing of our mother, April 4, 2000. She was born November 11, 1913. She is survived by her children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. We would like to acknowledge the exceptional staff at Donwood Manor from the secretary, kitchen staff, housekeeping, hairdresser, all the nursing staff, RNs, LPNs and aides from all floors especially 2 North. Thank you for everything not only for the patience, care, compassion and love you gave Mom but your outpouring of support you gave us these past few days. We will always be indebted to you all and you will be forever cherished in our hearts. A private family service was held on Friday, April 7. Transcona Funeral Chapel was in care of the arrangements. In memory of our mother and in lieu of flowers, we would appreciate a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Thank you, rest in peace. Your fight is over.
