MARIA CECILIA LIWAG ESTANISLAO (1936 - 2000) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of a beloved wife, a caring mother and an affectionate grandmother. She breathed her last at Seven Oaks Hospital on April 5, 2000 at the age of 63 years. Maria Cecilia was born in Gapan, Nueva Ecija, Philippines on June 1, 1936 and immigrated to Winnipeg, Canada on December 29, 1993. Her greatest love is her family who will affectionately remember her for caring and thoughtful ways and her jolly disposition which endear her even to her relatives, co-workers at custom pleating, and friends here in Canada and the Philippines. She left behind a loving husband Delfin Sr; sons, Danilo, Reynaldo, Ariel, Delfin Jr; daughters, Dolores and Divina; daughters-in-law, Lina, Marissa, Joy, Annie; son-in-law Carlito; and grandchildren. Her brothers, sisters and her loving mother in the Philippines. Public viewing (Lamay) will be held on April 8 and April 9, between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 232 Kennedy St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 11 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Edwards Roman Catholic Church, 818 Arlington Ave. Interment to follow at Waverley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1501 Waverley St. " Let us join her Family in Prayer so that ANGELS may lead her SOUL to the paradise to be with our CREATOR......."
