MARGARET MARIE LAMIRANDE (nee FROST) Suddenly, on Friday April 7, 2000 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Margaret Marie Lamirande, wife of Paul, passed away at the age of 67 years. Margaret worked at Eatons for many years and other part time jobs while raising her family. Margaret was a volunteer at the Freighthouse Community Center (Central), where she worked her way up to President and was awarded a high honor with the Frank Sozek Award from the City of Winnipeg. Besides her loving husband Paul, of 45 years, she is survived by her children and grandchildren, son Paul (Janet), Andrea and Kyle, daughter Teresa (Ellery), Amanda, Kimberly and Dylan, and son Tim (Carol), Brooklyne and Edison. She also leaves to mourn six brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Friends may call at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion Street from 7:00 to 8:00 Tuesday evening, April 11 for visitation. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday April 12, at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel with interment in Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her brothers-in-law, Edward, Dennis, Ross, Gordon, Leo and Eugene. Honorary pallbearers are Jim, Garry, Doug, Marcel and Alphonse. Should friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the C.N.I.B. in lieu of flowers.
