CECILE WILLIAMS SEPTEMBER 23, 1922 - APRIL 7, 2000 It is with our greatest sadness and deepest regret that the family announces the passing of our dear mother, wife, grandma, great-grandma and best friend, Cecile. She fought a very long and losing battle with cancer. As per her wish she was surrounded by her loving daughters right to the end. She will always be remembered for her sense of humour, her smile and her gracious hospitality. She regrettably leaves behind her loving husband Llewellyn; daughters, Marie (Pete) Donna (Dan) sons, John, David (Brenda) 12 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. It is at her request that cremation has already taken place and funeral and burial at a later date in Meota, SK, so that family, friends and others may be able to gather to celebrate her life and to be closer to her home town. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted and forwarded to Riverview Health Foundation, Palliative Care, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 2P4 To Dr. Marr and the staff at Riverview 3East, our hearts thank you for your individual care, love and patience and generosity. Truly you are all very special, not only to our Mom but to our family. We too will miss you and thank you for your friendships that evolved through this crisis. To Dr. Scott Young, no words can express how you have been supportive, your love and compassion came through to our family and to Mom. Knowing we had a wonderful doctor and clinic when we were at home made it just a little easier. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
