CHRISTINA MOAR Peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2000 at Central Park Lodge, Christina Moar passed away at the age of 78 years. Christina was born at Little Grand Rapids in February 2, 1922, residing there most of her life and for the past ten years had resided in Winnipeg. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory two daughters, Elizabeth and Edna; two sons, Charlie and Clifford, one brother Sam Bushie, 25 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren. There are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Christina was predeceased by her husband William, October 24, 1993; two sons, Peter and Clifford and daughter Gladys Moar. Prayers will be said on Wednesday April 12 at 8:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Thursday, April 13, Friday April 14, Saturday April 15 and Sunday April 16 at Little Grand Rapids. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 17, at 2:00 p.m. at the Little Grand Rapids School Gym, Little Grand Rapids, Manitoba with Pastor Charlie Leveque officiating.
