ANNE WARRENCHUK (nee ONISHKO) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Anne Warrenchuk passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on Monday, April 10, 2000 at the age of 72 years. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her husband Walter; sons, Ron (Bonnie), Brian and Wayne; grandchildren, Richard and Ryan; brother Casmir Onishko, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. She was predeceased by her father Fred in 1968; mother Nellie in 1993, and brothers, Tony in 1990 and John in 2000. Anne was employed with Canada Safeway for 25 years and loved cooking and gardening. A private family service will be held at Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Our family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Palliative Care Unit, St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Annes memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (Manitoba Division), 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B8.
