Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGABRIEL AUGERT After a lengthy illness, and with tremendous courage, Dad left us peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, 2000. Dad was born in Notre Dame de Lourdes on December 21, 1925. He spent his first 40 years on the family farm and in 1966, he relocated his family to Winnipeg. He was then employed with the St. Boniface School Division until his early retirement due to illness in 1988. Gaby leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 51 years, Suzanne (nee Vigier) daughters, Jacqueline (Leo) and children, Lise and Marc; Lili (Norm) and children, Nadine, Michelle, and Joel; Lynne (Renald) and children, Renee and Christian; and one son Gilles (Michele) and children, Ashton and Justin. He will also be sadly missed by his sisters, Angele, Antoinette, and Therese; five brothers-in-law and their spouses, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at the St. Timothys Roman Catholic Church on John Forsyth Rd. in St. Vital on Saturday, April 15 at 2:00 p.m. Fr. Paul Campeau will celebrate the Memorial Mass. Interment of Gabriels cremated remains will take place in the St. Boniface Cemetery on Archibald St. following the mass. Our family wishes to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Foyer Valade. Their care and compassion was of the utmost quality and for that, the family is eternally grateful.
