JAMES BERTRAM WAITE Died suddenly at the South Muskoka Hospital in Bracebridge, on Friday, April 14, 2000 in his 79th year. Jim was a veteran of the Second World War. Jim attended the University of Toronto and received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Work. Jim served several positions in his field, in both Manitoba and Ontario. At the time of his retirement he was the supervisor of Social Work at Health Sciences in Winnipeg. Jim is survived by his wife Margaret of Bracebridge, Ont. and his sons, Bob of Bracebridge, Jim Jr., Peter and Douglas all of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Kelly, Lisa and Natasha of Winnipeg; brother Jack Waite and family of Calgary. Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge on Tuesday, April 18 for a Memorial Service to be held in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. As your expression of sympathy memorial gifts to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
