LEO L. FIJAL It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of Leo at the age of 82 years, on April 15, 2000. Leo will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Emily of 62 years, and his children; Norman (Doreen), April (Gordon), Kirk; five grandchildren, Wade (Jacquie), Kyle (Shari), Krista, Colin, Clint and two great-grandchildren Kelsey and Dylan. Leo was a kind, compassionate, and caring person who was concerned for the welfare of others rather than for himself. He was always willing to help everyone. He was a devoted family man and we were truly blessed to have such a special husband, father and grandfather. We knew we could always rely on his love, support, his gentle touch and caring nature. He truly enriched our lives and we are grateful for this. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Thursday April 20, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, with interment and reception to follow.
