Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVERETT KEITH MacDOUGALL Peacefully in La Jolla, California, Keith MacDougall passed away on April 14, 2000. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Margaret; daughter Sherrill (David) of Vancouver; and sons, Brendan (Judith) and Grant (Eleanor). Mourning the loss of their Graddy are grandchildren, Laura, Ainsley, Amelia, William and Charlotte. He is also survived by his sister Alice Rait in Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his son Warren in 1983. Keith was born in Winnipeg on July 20, 1908. He attended Norwood Collegiate before joining the Air Observers School No. 5 during the Second World War. He also worked as an independent insurance agent for 40 years. He loved sailing his Y-Flyer on West Hawk Lake and he and his family spent many happy summers at the cottage at MacDougalls Landing. He was an avid tennis player since the days of the original Norwood Community Club, and he continued to enjoy golf and tennis in La Jolla, where he retired in 1978. While in Winnipeg, he spent many years supporting Norwood United Church. Cremation and private burial have taken place in San Diego.
