ALBERT UNGER On April 18, 2000 at Concordia Hospital Albert, beloved husband of the late Maria Unger died at the age of 95 years. He is survived by two daughters, Herta (Jeff) of Edmonton, AB and Lina (Alf) of Kenora, ON; one son, Hugo (Martha) of Abbotsford, BC; six grandchildren, Luise, John, Marianne, Ron, Marcus, and Sharie; two great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Jennifer; also three sisters and one brother. Albert was predeceased by his wife Maria, in November, 1999. Albert enjoyed playing the harmonica, loved conversation, story telling and fishing. Special thanks to the staff at Concordia Hospital and his friends at Donwood Manor. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 22 at 9:30 a.m. at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church, 145 Henderson Hwy., with viewing prior to the service. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. If friends desire, donations may be made to Family Life Network, 225 Riverton Ave., Winnipeg R2L 0N1, available at the service. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
