Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN KULACK On Friday, April 14, 2000, John Kulack, husband of the late Alice Emily Kulack, passed away at the age of 89 years. John is survived by son Robert Kulack and daughter-in-law Lynn; grandchildren, Mark, Chris and Katie of Grand Forks, ND; sister Sophia Kaychuk of Winnipeg; and sister-in-law Denise McDermott of Calgary, AB. Mr. Kulack was born in Winnipeg, November 12, 1910 and married Alice McDermott on September 19, 1936 at Knox United Church. He worked at the T. Eaton Company for almost 50 years. During the Second World War he served his country as a member of the R.C.N.V.R. An avid sportsman, he participated in soccer, softball and bowling in city leagues and coached youth baseball. Blessed with a fine voice, John was a member of the choir at Norwood United Church for many years. John was a simple person, full of love and the spirit of giving, who found joy in his wife and family. He also found joy in painting and his works are found in many places both locally and abroad. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Following cremation he will be laid to rest, next to his beloved Alice, in St. Vital Cemetery on Friday, May 19 at 3:00 p.m. The family would like to thank Johns many friends for their care, support and compassion over the years.
