Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOREEN HARMAN (nee CORDINGLEY) Doreen passed away peacefully on April 25, 2000 in Vancouver, B.C., at the age of 79 years. Her presence will be greatly missed by Sid, her husband of 61 years; daughter Sharon (Paul) granddaughters Shelly (Denis) and Christi and great-granddaughter Carley. She will also be missed by her sister, brothers and many dear friends. After retiring Doreen and her husband Sid greatly enjoyed their winters in Sebring, Florida and their summers at their cabin in Falcon Lake, Man. Doreen was the perfect social convener, always arranging events, skits and parties for their neighbours and friends. Everyone admired her creativity that she brought to everything she chose to do, her energy, enthusiasm and zest for life. Throughout their many years together Doreen was always the light in Sids eye and they shared a marriage that everyone looked up to. A Celebration of her life will be held in Winnipeg on Monday, May 1 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the West Country Club, 110 Qualridge Rd., St. James. Cremation has taken place.
