Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE-ANNA LEVASSEUR Marie-Anna Levasseur, a resident of Pinecrest Home for the Aged, passed away at her residence, Monday, April 24, 2000 at the age of 88. Marie-Anna was predeceased by an infant son Raymond; a daughter Rejeane; her husband Paul; two sisters, Noella and Cedeli; and her brothers, Arthur, Alfred and Marcien. She is survived by her daughter Anne-Marie Contini (John) and son Maurice (Lois) of Keewatin, Ontario; one brother Ben (Velva) of Cooks Creek, Manitoba; sister Blanche of St. Norbert, Manitoba; and by four grandchildren, Brent, Glenn, Laurie, Brenda; and two step-grandchildren, Sheryl, David; ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Marie-Anna and Paul owned and operated South View Motel in Keewatin for 19 years. She was also a member of the Keewatin Legion Branch 13 and a life member of the Keewatin Catholic Womens League. Prayers will be held Thursday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church in Keewatin. Funeral Service to be held on Friday, April 28, at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church in Keewatin at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Roger Bazin officiating. Interment to follow at Lake of the Woods Cemetery. Donations to Pinecrest Home for the Aged, 1220 Valley Drive, Kenora, Ontario, P9N 2W7 or to a charity of choice. Mother, we miss you.
