Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHRISTENA WELSH With great courage and dignity on Thursday, April 27, 2000, Christena passed away. She will be loved and remembered by her children, Jim (Linda), June (Wayne) grandchildren, Terri, Tanya (Paul), Linda, Jamie, Steven (Kara), Kevin (Christine), Sharon (Mark) great-grandchildren, Shasta, Alyssa, Harley William, Jade and Veronica; and by her brother Doug Williamson of Virden. Christena was predeceased by her husband Grant on December 23, 1994 and her brothers, Clarence, Tom and Archie. Mom adored her family, especially the great grandchildren. She took an active roll in helping to raise and nurture her grand and great-grandchildren. Mom was always there and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place. At Moms request the family will have a private service at Sperling cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
