EDITH MARIE McKEE (nee GADIES) Edith Marie McKee was born in Toronto, February 13, 1933. She graduated from Hamilton General Hospital as an R.N., Class of 55A. Married to Robert McKee in November, 1955, she moved to Winnipeg in 1956, where she was on staff at Victoria Hospital. After raising her family she spent many years as an official visitor at the Riverview Health Centre and many nursing homes throughout Winnipeg. She had a deep faith and shared the love of Jesus with those who knew her. Passing away peacefully at Riverview, after a brief illness, Edith went to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 24, 2000. She will be sadly missed and her memory lovingly cherished by her husband Robert; three daughters, Lynne, Debbie and Susan (Mike) two sons, Bruce (Anita) and James; brothers, Robert and Ronald and sister Margaret; five grandchildren and many relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff at the Victoria Hospital (4th floor) and Dr. Taraska and the staff of Riverview Health Centre (3E).
