HERVE RENE PELCHAT Peacefully, on Thursday, April 27, 2000, Herve Rene Pelchat, beloved husband of Emerance, passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 70 years. He leaves to mourn his passing; four sons, Rodney (Marcia), Douglas (Leslie), Roger (Cathy), and Kevin (Jane) eight grandchildren; two stepsons, Ron (Carol) and family, Allan (Tracy) and family; four sisters, Therese, Noella, Gabrielle, and Lillian; three brothers, Gerard, Paul and Emile. Herve was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Aurore; one brother Onil; two sisters, Jeannette and Cecile. Herve was born in Pontiex, Saskatchewan on August 15, 1929. He always had a positive outlook and a good sense of humour, he enjoyed life. Many thanks are extended to the staff of B2 and Oncology of the St. Boniface Hospital for being so considerate. A special thank you to the residents of Chateau Guay and special niece Annette. Funeral services will be held at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 778 Archibald St. on Monday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. Father Ron Leger will celebrate the Memorial Mass. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery, Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make a donation in Herves memory to the Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, R3E 9Z9.
