J. MAURICE MEUNIER HELENE MEUNIER (nee MAGER) Born February 1, 1911, in Winnipeg, Maurice died peacefully Saturday, January 1, 2000. Born May 9, 1908, in St. Vital, Helene died peacefully Friday, April 7, 2000. They will be greatly missed by daughters Lorraine Verdenik, Thunder Bay, Ont., Louise Early (Sam), Pt. Pleasant, West Va., Suzanne Guss, Surrey, B.C. and Gisele Cox (Don), Winnipeg, and sons Charles Meunier (Bev), and Richard Meunier, Winnipeg, 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be held on May 5 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Alponsus Church, 300 Donalda Ave., with Father Gregory Mulligan O.F.M. Cap., presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pleasant Bay group home in care of DASCH Inc., 3059 Portage Ave., 2nd floor, Winnipeg, Man., R3K 0W4, would be greatly appreciated.
