JOHN MACKLIN Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, John Macklin passed away at the Grace Hospital on Thursday April 27, 2000 at the age of 81. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary; his children, Dorothy, Stan and his daughter Buffie, Reg (Corrine) and Robert; brother Joe; and sister Mary. John served in the Second World War for six years. He was employed by Westons Bakeries for over 30 years. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. at John XXIII, 3390 Portage Ave, with Msgr. Norman Chartrand officiating. The service will terminate at the church. The family would like to thank the V.O.N and the Deer Lodge Hospital for their kindness and care, especially Gerald. Thanks also to Leo Allard and Peggy Devuono for their kindness and thoughtfulness.
