ALBERT MAGER Mr. Albert Mager, aged 91 years, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 1, 2000 at the Pinawa Hospital. He was predeceased by his first wife Simone (Morier) and his second wife Margit (Petersen) his brothers, Edouard and Eric; and his sister Elizabeth (Betty). He will be sadly missed by his only child, daughter Carole-Anne (John) Lazar; his grandson Stanley Albert (Sandy) of Winnipeg; his granddaughter Barbara-Anne of Toronto; his great-granddaughters, Sarah and Chelsea Lazar; his brother Jim (Madge) sister-in-law Myrtle; several nieces and nephews as well as extended family in Lac du Bonnet, Thunder Bay and Winnipeg. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, May 6 at 11:00 a.m. at the Notre Dame du Lac Roman Catholic Church, Lac du Bonnet, Man. with Rev. Fr. R. Machura officiating. Friends may view at the church prior to the service. The service will terminate at the church, with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in Alberts memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (Manitoba Division), 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Man.
