FELICIDAD SOSA Peacefully on Monday, May 1, 2000 at Deer Lodge Nursing Centre, Felicidad passed away at the age of 91 years. Felicidad leaves to cherish her memory, her loving daughter Bibian; son-in-law Antonio and grandchildren, Eric (Anna), Marvin (Beth) and Rosemarie as well as relatives and friends in Winnipeg, Toronto, Los Angeles and The Philippines. Felicidad will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her kindness, patience, generosity and friendly personality. Family and friends were very important to her. Her favourite hobbies were sewing, gardening, cooking and watching TV. Lamay will be held on Monday, May 8 and Tuesday, May 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. both nights (Prayers at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday May 9) at Knysh Funeral Chapel 1020 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial for Felicidad will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10 at St. Marys Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Ave. Rev. Fr. Darren Gurr will officiate. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. The family would like to thank the staff at 5A South at the St. Boniface General Hospital for the care Felicidad received over the past several months and the staff at 5 West at Deer Lodge Nursing Centre for the care they gave to Felicidad in the past few months.
