Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAWRENCE (BILL) THOMAS MOLYNEUX It is with great sorrow that the family announces, after a long and courageous battle, the passing of Lawrence (Bill) Molyneux on Wednesday, May 3, 2000 at Concordia Hospital. Bill will be lovingly remembered by Lil his wife of 51 years; his daughter Dawn (David) Tocher; two grandchildren, Jordan and Ashley; Clive; sister Denise (Keith) Stuart and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bud and Eleanor Jarvis, cousins and friends. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Thomas Molyneux and Mabel Aylward and his sister Patricia Timmins. Bill was born on November 13, 1922 in Winnipeg. After graduating from St. Johns Tech, he enlisted in the RCAF/RAF in 1940 and served with the 500 Squadron in the Mediterranean and North Africa until the end of the Second World War. On return to Winnipeg he worked for a brief period with the Winnipeg Police Department and then from 1947 until his retirement in 1980 Bill worked for the Manitoba Telephone System. Bill was a loving and devoted Husband, Father and Grandpa who loved travelling, listening to music, bowling and fishing. Daddy you will forever be in our hearts. We miss you terribly. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Dr. Gorski and staff of Concordia Hospital, in particular Naomi Kemp for her compasion and understanding. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., on Monday, May 8 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Donna Mahussier officiating. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Bills memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8 or the Arthritis Society, 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
