MABEL OLIVE LARSEN Mabel Olive Larsen, aged 85 years, beloved mother of Valerie, passed away May 3, 2000 at the Concordia Hospital. Mabel was born in 1915 and came to Canada as a War Bride from England in 1946. From 1950 to 1969 she resided in Charleswood, and then in Elmwood from 1975 to May, 2000. She was predeceased by her husband in 1966. Mabel will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Valerie, with whom she resided most of her life, as well as relatives and friends. Mabel was a very kind and loving person. She also derived great pleasure from the cultural arts. At Mabels request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the Concordia Hospital for their very kind and devoted care of Mabel.
