Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGRETTA WAUCHOPE (nee SHIRLEY) Sadly, on Wednesday, May 3, 2000 at the Health Sciences Centre, Margretta Wauchope passed away at the age of 87. Margretta was predeceased by her loving husband George Wauchope in 1983. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Sheilagh Bertrand (Marcel) grandchildren, Derrick Bertrand (Karen and great-grandchildren, Serena and Graham) and Shelley Bertrand-Meadows (Bruce) sister-in-law Phyllis Mitchell (Doug), as well as other relatives and friends. Margretta will always be remembered for her passion for reading, enjoyment of jigsaw and crossword puzzles and her various crochet and knitting projects. The pleasure Margretta derived from her work as a medical receptionist at the Medical Arts building during her middle years was also evident in the volunteer work she later did. Her love of cats was equalled only by Margrettas affection for the family dogs and the many four-legged visitors she eagerly welcomed from the Winnipeg Humane Society. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 9 at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (corner of Donald St. and Graham Ave.) at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall. The family would like to thank the medical staff of GD-3 at the Health Sciences Centre for their kind care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margrettas memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society at 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB, R2L 1X3. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
