MARY DYCK 1911 - 2000 Peacefully on May 5, 2000 at the Golden Links Lodge, Mary Dyck, formerly of Morden, passed away at the age of 89. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Bernard (Ben) in 1981 and by three brothers. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Cheryl Skrypetz, son-in-law Stan, granddaughter Alison and three sisters. Mary and Ben owned and operated Bens Department Store in Morden during the 1950s and 1960s. There will be no public viewing. The funeral service will be held on May 9 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Pauls United Church in Morden with Rev. Jim Penhale officiating. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery, Morden. Thank you to Golden Links Lodge staff for their care of Mary during the past 10 months. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marys memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg R3B 2H8.
