Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE KOLBOOK (nee SITARZ) 1915 - 2000 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rose Kolbook on May 3, 2000 at the Beausejour Hospital at the age of 85 years. Mrs. Kolbook was born on April 23, 1915 in Melrose, Mb. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph; her parents, Michael and Kathlyn Sitarz; her brothers, Anthony, Stanley and Joe Sitarz; and by her sister Mary Birch. She is survived by her sister Katie in Saskatchewan; her brothers-in-law, Stanley and Mike Kolbuck; her sister-in-law Leona Kuntz; and by several nieces and nephews. Prayers will be said on Sunday, May 7 at 8:00 p.m. in the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Beausejour. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, May 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, Cooks Creek, Mb., Rev. Fr. S. Gacki, the celebrant. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael, Donald, Albert and Roy Kolbuck, Joseph Sitarz and Charles Sitarz. Thank you to the staff of the East Gate Lodge for the wonderful care given to Rose over the past year and also the nursing staff of the Beausejour Hospital.
