He was only with us for a few short hours, but will be cherished, loved and always remembered in our hearts. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel, 699 Broadway, Pastor Dan Cooley officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Davids name to a childrens charity of your choice.
