Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHERRON LOUISE LOEWEN Suddenly on Thursday, May 11, 2000 at her residence, Mrs Sherron Loewen, aged 56 years, beloved wife of Dennis of Lynn Lake. Funeral Services will take place on Thursday, May 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #236, 467 Sherritt Ave., with Rev. Lanny Hinde officiating. Cremation has taken place. Sherron was born July 28, 1943 in Wadena, Sask. She lived there until she graduated high school. From there she moved to Winnipeg to obtain her L.P.N. certificate. While attending nursing school she met her future husband Dennis Loewen. They were married in 1963 in Winnipeg. In 1965 they moved to Lynn Lake, Man. where Sherron worked in the Lynn Lake Hospital. In 1988 she and Dennis purchased the Lynn Lake Esso. An active community member she was involved in numerous committees and volunteer groups. She was on the school board for over 19 years, a Chamber of Commerce member and a member of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband Dennis; four children, Gordon, Patrick (Michelle), Pamela (Marco) and Bradley (Kristin) one grandchild Kairys; siblings, Roberta (John), Thelma (Ray), Ken (Dorothy) and Marge; step-mother Anne Rusnell plus numerous relatives and friends. Sherron was predeceased by her mother Ida; father Gordon and brother Gordon. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Sherrons memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 301 - 352 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Man., R3B 2H8.
