Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNETTIE JOHNSTON (nee STOROZUK) On May 16, 2000, at the age of 75 years, Nettie passed away peacefully at the Concordia Place Care Centre. Nettie was predeceased by her husband David Russel Johnston. Nettie was born on February 23, 1925 in Hochfeld, Manitoba. For many years, Nettie and David owned and operated Mainwood Beauty Salon. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Left to mourn is her only son Gregory, daughter-in-law Antoinette, two grandchildren Matthew and Amanda, sisters Anne Sobkovich and Mary Kulynych, along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Green Acres Lane. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Netties memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of MB, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2H8.
