ROSE MARY DOBRUS Passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 17, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Walter in 1992. Posie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Caroline (George) son Bill (Brenda) granddaughter Carrie; sister Frances and niece Donna; also by her extended family Betty and Fran. Posie was born in the QAppelle Valley, Saskatchewan. She was a lover of country life and was talented with arts and crafts. She enjoyed spending time in her garden. Posie especially loved moments with her granddaughter Carrie. She was a lover of animals and was predeceased by her special dog Queenie in 1998. Shopping trips to Grand Forks were always enjoyable to her, as she loved to spend time with the girls. A celebration of Posies life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 20 in the chapel of Glen Lawn Funeral Home. Interment, Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. The family wish to express their appreciation for the loving care given to Posie by the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital. Flowers are gratefully declined.
