FLORENCE ELIZABETH STAMMERS (Mum, Liz or Toots to family and friends.) Born December 18, 1912, Brandon, Man., died May 15, 2000, North Vancouver, B.C. Former resident of Don Mills, Ont. and Victoria, B.C. where she shared many years of happy retirement and travel with her late husband V.R. "Reg" Stammers. Daughter of the late Colonel H.I. and Bernice Stevenson of Winnipeg, Man. Predeceased by brother Irv and infant brother Ralph. She will be remembered fondly by sons, John (Janet), Rick (Rosemary), Mike (Anthea) grandchildren, Stephanie, Melanie, Ryan, David, Liana, Mark; sisters, Marnie, Joe, Dee; brother John (Kit) and many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of Inglewood Lodge and North Shore Private Hospital for their care during her final decline. Gathering of remembrance 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 22 at St. Christophers Anglican Church, 1068 Inglewood Ave., West Vancouver, B.C.
