Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICK MOWAT March 17, 1931 - May 22, 2000 Patrick passed away on May 22 at the Selkirk General Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Ila and children, John (Laurie) Mowat and Patti (Ray) Campbell; grandchildren, Ryan, Jonathan, James, Kael, Stevie-Rae and Devonne; sisters, Yvonne (John) Arthurson and Helen Ford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Alex (Doris) Bayer, Horace (Georgina) Bayer, Henry (Lillian) Bayer, Bernice (Jack) McIvor, Rena Marcellais, Nancy Bayer, Ida Mowat, and numerous nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 24 (today) at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, with Rev. Paul Smith presiding. A memorial service will be held in Wabowden, MB on June 9 with interment to follow in the Wabowden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Manitoba Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, MB R3E 9Z9.
