PEARL SHAW Pearl Shaw, a loved and respected resident of Killarney, MB passed away on May 21, 2000 at the Riverview Health Centre. Pearl was predeceased by her husband Ben Shaw, a sister Dora McDonald and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Wenman. She leaves a son Jack and a sister Gladys McCulloch both of Winnipeg. She is also survived by three nephews, their wives and children as well as her beloved pet cat "Buffy". Pearl lived all her life in Killarney. Over the years, she enjoyed curling and gardening, being a member of the Killarney Horticultural Society. Pearl was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church and was a long time member of the church choir as well as the W.A. Group with the church. Pearl worked for a number of years as a store clerk and following her husbands death worked for many years as a secretary for Pughs Construction in Killarney until her retirement. Special thanks are extended to the warm and caring staff of Riverview Health Centre over the past two months. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Trinity Church in Killarney or the Humane Society. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be conducted by Lawrence Smith in Holy Trinity Church, Killarney on Saturday, May 27 at 3:30 p.m.
