PHYLLIS GORDON Peacefully following a lengthy illness, it is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Gordon on Thursday, May 25, 2000 at the Ste. Annes Hospital. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Jim; sons, Jerry (Nancy), Ian (Monica) and her favourites, her grandchildren, Lisa, Sheena, Rachel, Rodger, Rebecca and Rita, all of whom she loved dearly; brother Dennis (Flo ) of British Columbia; plus all of the many friends that she made throughout her lifetime. Phyllis was predeceased by her mother and father, Donald and Charlotte; and sister Gladys. Service of Remembrance will take place on Monday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. A private family urn placement will take place in the Chapel of Eternal Memories Mausoleum. The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. M. Roy and the nursing staff at Ste. Annes Hospital. If friends so desire, donations in Phylliss memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2B7, or to a charity of ones choice.
