MARGARET HUNTER On Friday, May 26, at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, Margaret Hunter (nee Prenter), 83 years, beloved wife of the late Robert James Hunter. Will be sadly missed by her children, Robert (Edna), Margaret (Rob Clarke), Brian (Ann) her seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many relatives in Canada, Northern Ireland and Australia. Margaret was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on January 1, 1917 and joined her family in Canada in 1978. She made many friends in Canada, especially in the Winnipeg Irish Association where she had many happy times. She loved spending time with her family and took special joy in the children. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., on Tuesday, May 30, at 10:00 a.m. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margarets name may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4G2.
