FREIDA CLARRISA McINTYRE (nee HENDERSON) Suddenly, yet peacefully, on May 26, 2000, Nanny left this life with her family at her side. She now joins her husband William Kenneth, who passed in 1985, and her son William Kenneth Jr. who left us in 1995; as well as two brothers and one sister. She leaves to mourn one brother and his family, her daughter Mary Crubmayr (Oakville) and her children, Susan, Nancy (Drew), Lisa (Matt), and her son Peter (Janet) (Keewatin) and his children, Tracy (Shelden), and Erin. She also has several other "step" grandchildren, as well as two great-grandchildren. She was born July 20, 1907 in Winnipeg, MB to Robert and Mary Henderson. She received her B.A. at the University of Manitoba in 1928. She married William Kenneth McInytre in 1931, and together they raised three children. They spent their summers in Keewatin at their cottage. She volunteered for St. Agnes Guild for 25 years, and was a member of St. Aldens Anglican Church while she resided in Winnipeg. After her son passed in 1995, she moved to Mississauga to be close to her daughter. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the M.S. Society Northern Regional Office, 111 Larch St., Box 6, Sudbury, ON P3E 4T5. A family graveside service will be held at a later date. "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, I am returning to my father and your father, to my God and your God."John 20:17
