Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICK FEDIUK After a lengthy illness, Nick passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2000 at the St. Boniface General Hospital. Nick was born on Wednesday, October 28, 1942 at Weiden, MB. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sylvia; daughters, Candace Crossland (Neil) and Tera, grandson Zachary Crossland; mother Mary; brothers, Peter (Margaret), Mike, Harry (Nellie) sisters, Anne Kolochuk (Peter), Angela Tkach (Peter) and many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Nick was predeceased by his father William; brothers, John, Steve, Alex and sister Eva. Nick came to Winnipeg at an early age and did concrete work all his life. He enjoyed gardening, was famous for his dill pickles and picking mushrooms. Prayers were held on Tuesday, May 30 at Knysh Funeral Chapel. Memorial Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, 40 Ada St., with Rev. Deacon Walter Knysh officiating. Innichement to follow at Brookside Cemetery Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation.
