HEINRICH (HENRY) MOHR Suddenly on May 20, 2000, Heinrich passed away in his home. He will join his beloved wife Lilly, who passed away on August 3, 1997. Heinrich was born in the Ukraine on May 18, 1911. Heinrich and his family immigrated to Canada in 1954 from Germany. He worked as a carpenter with Qualico Construction until his retirement at age 65. Heinrich lived a long and happy life with his family and friends. He recently celebrated his 89th birthday with his family. He enjoyed his home and gardening. He kept Lillys flowers looking beautiful and also enjoyed woodworking. Henry will be sadly missed by his daughters, Elfriede and Barbara; sons, Reinhard (Shirley), Hans (Colleen), and Peter (Lee) grandchildren, David (Jodi), Anita (Lou), Christine (Stephen), Corinne (Eric), Brad, Cory, Jessica, Jacqueline; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Stacey; and his mother-in-law Martha Oppenlander. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301 - 352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H6. Funeral service will be held Friday, June 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery.
