JOSEPH C. KERR Joseph C. Kerr passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre on May 29, 2000. Until the last two days of his life, Joe was thankful to have been able to spend his time at his home. He was especially thankful for the loving care his wife Elaine provided him. As well, he was a charter member of the Komedians. Joe was a lifelong member of the Progressive Conservative Party.
