BEN ZACHARIAS Peacefully, on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, our wonderful husband, father and grandfather, passed from this life in his 76th year at the Victoria General Hospital. Born December 9, 1923 in Meadow Lake, Sask. Ben was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Ann Zacharias; two brothers, Arlie and Levi; one daughter Gladys V.E.; one grandson Bradley A. Jacobs and one nephew Ivan. To cherish his memory, are his wife of 55 years, Helen (Funk) daughters, Melinda (Cory) and son Leon, Irene (Gerry) and their children, Robert, David, Douglas, Paul, Amanda, Stephen, Khristopher; son Raymond (Lorraine), and also one brother Martin & Irene Zacharias (family) sisters, Maggie & Luigi Putaro (family), Hannah & Gordon Smith (family), Leah and Stan Krauss (family), Martha & Bruno Reznik (family), along with many cousins. Ben was an active member of the church of Christ. He was very grateful to the Lord for his family - also very proud of them! He made his living, keeping people warm in the winter, cool in the summer - Heating Equipment and Systems. He owned and operated AALL Heating Co. Ltd. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m. at the church of Christ, 217 Osborne St. S. Public viewing will be held one half hour before the service. Flowers accepted. If so desired, donations may be made to Western Christian College, Box 5000 Dauphin, MB R7N 2V5. Cry not when you think of me For now my soul flys high and free Take comfort in knowing there is no more pain Encircled in the Lords arms "I live again" Ill look down and love you all!!
