Norman was born in England November 15, 1910, resided in Winnipeg with his family many years. He retired in 1972 to Victoria, B.C. Survived by his loving wife Anne (Shibley) daughter Jo in Arizona; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren in the United States; relatives and friends in Victoria. First Memorial took care of arrangements.
