EDNA PHILOMENE DOIRON On Thursday, June 1, 2000, Edna Doiron, aged 94 years, passed away peacefully at the Tache Nursing Centre, surrounded by her loving family. Edna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alphonse, on March 29, 1978. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Eleanor (Tootsie) and George Comeau, Dolores (Patsy) and Maurice Schaubroeck; one son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Andree; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. She also leaves three sisters, Margaret Alyward, Sister Bernadette Pitre and Cora Calleghan; two brothers, Leonard and Walter Pitre. Ednas family deeply appreciates the care, support and kindness provided by the staff of 3 ABC Tache Nursing Centre and Pastoral Care. "Entre tes mains je remets mon ame, Seigneur." Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 5 at the St. Boniface Cathedral. Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined.
